LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of GeoCites, operated by DjinnFoundry SL, based in Cofrentes, Spain.
GeoCites helps you check whether AI systems cite, mention, or recommend a website for buyer-intent prompts.

Using GeoCites
You may use GeoCites only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you use GeoCites for a company or organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organisation.
You are responsible for keeping your account, workspace, wallet, API key, and login links secure.
Your inputs and results
You keep ownership of the domains, keywords, prompts, files, API requests, and other content you submit to GeoCites.
You allow us to process that content so we can run scans, create reports, save history, provide support, secure the service, and operate GeoCites.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit the content you send to GeoCites.
AI results are not advice
GeoCites uses software and AI providers to generate scores, evidence, summaries, and recommendations. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
Use human review before making business, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions based on GeoCites results.
Payments and credits
GeoCites may offer free scans, bring-your-own-key scans, paid credit packs, invoiced plans, and agent-paid API calls.
Credit packs give your workspace a right to consume eligible GeoCites features. Credits are not money, e-money, a bank deposit, or a financial product.
Paid credits remain spendable while the workspace is active unless the checkout page or pricing page says otherwise before purchase.
Failed managed scans should not consume credits. If something looks wrong, contact us and we will investigate.
Agent-paid API calls may use wallet-based or on-chain payment rails. Completed blockchain transactions may be irreversible, but you can contact us if a paid call failed or produced no usable result.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case by case. We generally do not refund credits that have already been used for completed scans, unless required by law or caused by a service failure.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What you must not do
Do not use GeoCites to:
- break the law or violate someone else's rights;
- submit data you are not allowed to use;
- attack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;
- bypass rate limits, payment checks, security controls, or access controls;
- send malware, spam, phishing, or abusive traffic;
- use results for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful decisions;
- process highly sensitive data unless we explicitly support that use.
Third-party services
GeoCites depends on third-party services for hosting, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, AI model access, and payment networks.
If you connect your own OpenRouter key, wallet, or other third-party account, you are responsible for that provider's charges and terms.
Availability
We work to keep GeoCites reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.
We may suspend access to protect the service, prevent abuse, perform maintenance, handle security incidents, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Our intellectual property
DjinnFoundry owns GeoCites, including its software, design, text, branding, documentation, and related materials. These terms do not give you ownership of GeoCites.
Some code or packages may be available under open-source licences. Those licences apply to the relevant components.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GeoCites is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions you make based on AI outputs.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using GeoCites at any time. We may suspend or close access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create risk for the service, or if we need to comply with law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a business user, the courts of Valencia, Spain will handle disputes unless mandatory law requires another venue.
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms as GeoCites changes. If a change is important, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
